Systematic were recently contacted to provide HSEQ systems support at short notice to RedGil Contracting.
With additional HSEQ requirements by their client, RedGil sought Systematic to develop a HSEQ framework and some initial deliverables. Next steps is to build further HSEQ capability for RedGil Contracting Systematic recently supported local business PAT Earthworks and civil prequalify as a contractor for VicRoads.
over a process of 9 months, a gap analysis of their HSEMS was completed and pathway to prequalification set. Prequalification was awarded without any rework requirements. next steps is to support upgrade and expansion of status RASV contracted Systematic Australia to provide logistical and organisational support for their event.
Support was provided effectively with no HSEQ loss. Systematic recently handed in their completed assignment for Corporate Protection Australia's Malaysian infrastructure management client.
Their client required a HSEQ systems gap analysis and framework development. this 150 page report was delivered in 4 weeks, leading to phase 2 work being granted to Corporate Protection Australia by their client. Systematic has launched into 2017 with a unique and exciting assignment assisting an Australian client with a HSEMS assessment of an International Government Infrastructure organisation.
We are currently analysing HSEMS processes and formulating a solution to help them set new benchmarks that will see international certifications to be continued to be met, whilst unlocking new organisational efficiencies. Stay tuned for exciting progress on this assignment. |
