Systematic are keen to hear from people that get what ‘Systematic’ is about. We aren’t just about consulting, providing platform selection advice or facilitating change. We actually want to understand of organisational needs and then match this to best solutions. Essentially, we don’t give a customer what isn’t going to best benefit them.
Therefore, we are looking for people of differing skillsets that want this for companies, and take this attitude and model this with our customers what an effective organisation is. Here are the following types of people we are looking for:
Systems and Platforms Specialists:
Systems and Platforms Specialists are the engine room of ‘Systematic’ where the application of the ‘Systematic Methodology’ happens. If you have technical or functional systems and platform experience get in touch. Systematic has also a future plan to build, “Systematic Platforms”, an integrated IT system that will focus on key modules that we hold as important to us and companies we work with.
People and Process Specialists:
People and Process Specialists are the organisational brains of ‘Systematic’. This is where organisations are methodically assessed and their processes are mapped out. With his knowledge gained, ‘Best practice’ solutions can be proposed and enacted by our ‘Systems and Process’ team. If you have ‘runs on the ground’ proven people and process implementation and improvement experience we would like to talk with you.
Technology Specialists:
If you love designing and implementation all things mobile for corporate customers, then we want to hear from you. The kind of work you will do will range from helping a customer configure an off the shelf mobile application (app) to custom building an app from scratch to integrate with an existing platform . Further as Systematic moves towards their 'Systematic Platforms' future you will have the opportunity to be part of building apps for our own system that will be setting a new benchmark of what, ‘best practice’, not just for our customers, but for the industry.
Technical Writers:
Occasionally customers just want that extra support getting a process, platform or application that they already have to work better or be fully implemented. Technical writing support will work from clearly defined processes and timeframes.
